Why am I only NOW learning about this?

Here's how it's done. Some dude goes on a message board or blog and posts something like this-

OMG! Someone just leaked the first eight minutes of the new Indiana Jones movie on YouTube! Hurry and watch it before it gets taken down!

Then you click on the link - and voila, you've been rick rolled.

To learn more about the phenomenon, check out Wikipedia. And there's the L.A. Times article where they tracked down the Rick and asked him what he thought about it. Turns out Rick has a good sense of humor.

Then again, I suppose you have to if you had graphics like these floating around the internet.
